The first stage of redevelopment works in Atrium Reduta started in the third quarter of 2017. The overall redevelopment project is currently planned to add 5,700 sqm of new GLA to the centre, which will include a 2,700 sqm cinema, being the first CINEMA3D
in Warsaw, and a modern 1,700 sqm fitness centre, all of which are expected to be completed and opened in the fourth quarter of 2018. The overall refurbishment and new 7 units food court will be completed in 2019.
Atrium has a cautious development policy whereby the development pipeline is rationalised in order to mitigate risk. The €0.3 billion development and land portfolio accounts for 10% of our total real estate portfolio, in line with our long-term target of maximum 10-15%
